From wild southern beaches, sunbaked deserts, to tropical rain-forests, it has everything to mesmerize the tourists. Australians are a fun loving tribe who enjoy adventure & sport. This tour is specially curated for those explorers whose quest for new vistas of natural wonders & adventures is the guiding principle for undertaking travel. During this tour we shall explore the vibrant cities of Sydney & Melbourne, and enjoy sunny beaches of east coast from Fraser island to Rainbow beach, coupled with a sojourn through the tropical rain-forest & the Unesco heritage ‘Great Barrier Reef’ at Cairns. We shall round off the tour with a memorable drive on the Great Ocean Road from Melbourne. And finally the icing on the cake: Cheering the Indian Women’s cricket team in the T20 world cup match against New Zealand (A Class tickets for the match included).

DAY 1 | Arrive early morning in Sydney & transfer to Hotel in CBD, Sydney. Undertake the Bondi Beach & Sydney sights half day tour. Spend the evening at the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge & the Opera. You can also watch the show at the opera (optional) | |
DAY 2 | Today we shall undertake a full day tour of Blue Mountains, Scenic World (including cruise). A UNESCO World Heritage Site covering an area of around 3,861 square miles (10,000 square kilometers), the Blue Mountains region is a popular day-trip destination from Sydney. Featuring tall forests, sandstone cliffs, dramatic canyons, and scenic lookouts and waterfalls, the area is a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. | |
DAY 3 | After breakfast we board the morning flight to Hervey Bay, on East Coast, Queensland & settle down in the hotel. Enjoy the beauty of this small town: Walk along the beach to the Ulangan Pier or enjoy a lazy afternoon at Hervey Bay Botanical gardens. | |
DAY 4 | Today we shall discover Fraser Island's highlights on a full-day tour with an experienced guide. Fraser Island, off Australia’s eastern Queensland coast, is the world's largest sand island, stretching over 120km. The tour includes time to swim in pristine lakes, hit the beach, and explore the rainforest. Visit iconic spots including Lake McKenzie, Eli Creek, Seventy-Five Mile Beach, Central Station, Wanggoolba Creek, the Maheno shipwreck and the Pinnacles. Learn about the animal and plant life both on land and in the ocean, where dolphins, dugong, sharks and humpback whales can be spotted. | |
DAY 5 | After breakfast, we are ready to undertake a scenic road trip to Brisbane (290 km) to catch our afternoon flight to Cairns. En-route stop at the scenic Rainbow beach. Take the afternoon flight to Cairns, settle down in the hotel. | |
DAY 6 | Today we shall explore the Great Barrier Reef and a lush island rain forest on a full-day catamaran tour to Green Island from Cairns. Create your own perfect day on this protected coral cay with a variety of activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, Seawalking, nature walks and tours on a glass-bottom boat. Upgrade to include a delicious buffet lunch on board the catamaran or a ride in a semi-submarine. It’s a fantastic way to discover the underwater wonders of the world’s most famous reef! | |
DAY 7 | Today we shall enjoy a day trip from Cairns to Kuranda on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, and return via the Kuranda Scenic Railway. Alternatively, make the 1-way journey by railway and return by skyrail. Enjoy a tranquil ride as you soar above the rainforest canopy, with views from Cairns all the way to the Great Barrier Reef, and spend free time in Kuranda Village. | |
DAY 8 | After breakfast we board the flight to Melbourne & settle down in the hotel. Melbourne is the coastal capital of the southeastern Australian state of Victoria. At the city's centre is the modern Federation Square development, with plazas, bars, and restaurants by the Yarra River. Later in the day watch the Phillip Island Penguin Parade on this evening tour from Melbourne. See the nightly ritual of these beloved fairy penguins waddling from the ocean to their burrows in the sand. Phillip Island is home to one of the world’s largest colonies of some of the world’s smallest penguins. | |
DAY 9 | Today we enjoy the breathtaking sights of long sandy beaches and dramatic cliffs on this guided, full-day tour of Australia’s Great Ocean Road. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Being the planner and manager of your travel program, WETO assures the execution of the plan as described in the planner. The contents mentioned therein shall be realized in full, except in exceptional circumstances like war, riots, strikes, terrorist attacks, sanitary problems, natural disasters and the like. WETO arranges all kinds travel, both at domestic and international levels.
While registering, the client has to pay 30% of the travel charges. The remaining 70% of the amount has to be paid no later than 45 days prior the departure. WETO reserves the right to decide the amount to be paid as advance payment on the basis of the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the same. Also, in certain cases (journey by trains), bookings of hotels/resorts in the peak season or during festivals, may require full payment so as to hold space on ‘confirmed basis’. [Such payments are non-refundable.]
The payments can be made through channels like wire transfer to our Bank or through mail authorization through credit cards or online payment through payment gateway using Master/Visa debit/credit cards. A bank processing fee would be applicable on the amount being paid by credit cards.
The prices of the travel packages are determined by their content. In other words, the prices include everything WETO has stated in the travel program. No other services in addition to those mentioned in the program are included in the price. These additional services should be requested at the time of registration and this will be added to the package price. Any additional or special service requested during the travel must be directly paid to the representative of WETO during the tour and in the local currency of the country where the service is provided.
Facilities offered like accommodation, means of transport, restaurants and the like are explained by the officials at the time of the issue of the program. Standard of the facilities offered by WETO may vary with respect to places/countries.
In case of any cancellation of travel schedules by clients, WETO must be notified regarding the same in writing. Cancellation charges shall be effective from the date/time WETO receives the intimation in writing from the client. Cancellation fees as below apply to the land packages and/or services:

In case any train or flights tickets are involved, the refund shall be applicable according to the advised cancellation policy at the time of booking.
The deposits on the tour packages with special offers are not refundable.
The tour operator shall have the right to change the contents of the program in case of Acts of God (exceptional circumstances which are beyond human control/ prediction, hence cannot be avoided/ removed). Any arranged accommodation can only be replaced by accommodation in a facility of the same or higher category, at the expense of the service provider.
Any traveler who applies for a trip abroad must possess valid identity documents. In case the travel requires a visa for entry into a specific country, WETO shall inform the travelers about the same. Travelers then can acquire the documents necessary to obtain a visa and submit them to a competent embassy. WETO shall then issue a certificate regarding the reservation made by the traveler. WETO does not guarantee the obtaining/ validity of the visa.
With respect to the refund of unexploited services which have been paid for and cancelled in advance, the refund amount shall be calculated on the basis of the policy mentioned above (See pt. 6).
The refund process might take 2-4 weeks as a result of time consumed in bank dealings. In the case of refund made to credit card/ bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
The traveler must assure that he is satisfactorily insured for the entire extent of the tour with regards to injury, illness, death, loss of baggage/ personal items, cancellation and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the solitary discretion of the client.
Any person below the age of 18 years shall be regarded as a minor. It is imperative that a minor at all times is accompanied by an adult. The adult/ (parent) attending the minor shall be responsible for securing all the necessary documents to ensure that the said minor has met all the legal requirements to travel. WETO shall not be responsible for any damages, fees, or losses incurred as a result of any failure to secure necessary approvals, permits and consents.
Prices of the tour packages don’t include international or other airfare unless explicitly declared in the package description. WETO shall quote the best available prices for the travel dates requested at the time of preparation of the quote. Quotes only provide an estimate and shall not be taken as any price commitment by WETO. Also, WETO shall also not be responsible for any changes in air itineraries or flight timings and does not provide advice or alerts about tickets, flight status or delays.
Travelers shall be liable for guaranteeing that they possess proper travel documents required for documentation and identification at the time of entry, exit and travel to other country.
Travelers must check with their respective consulate/(s) or visa agency in order to determine if any visas/passports are required. It is essential that passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of travel. WETO shall not be responsible for any cancellation due to visa/passport.
Travelers must accept full responsibility for acquiring all essential documents like visas and permits before the start of the tour and they shall be fully responsible for the entire amount incurred due to defective/missing documents.
All efforts shall be sincerely made by WETO to maintain the contract made with the customers. However, there are always possibilities that some matters relating to airfares, entrance fee at the monuments or extreme rise in fuel costs etc., become more expensive without any notice from the respective authorities of the Government. In such cases, the difference in the cost shall have to be borne by the clients. WETO shall only act in the capacity of an agent of the hotels, transporters, railways, airlines and contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us subject to the terms & conditions under which these services are provided by actual suppliers.
The client shall recognize the fact that the products and services offered by WETO may comprise of some risks to his health and safety. While traveling with the WETO, the traveler must acknowledge that he has measured the potential risks his to health and safety. He has assumed the responsibility for all such risks and release WETO from all claims and causes of action arising from any loss, damage, injury or death resulting from the risks that are integral part of travel, including visits to foreign destinations, and participating in adventurous activities such as those included in Tour itineraries or otherwise offered by WETO.
All the travelers shall be required to complete a ‘Passenger Agreement’ before the commencement of the journey to give consent to WETO’s Terms & Conditions, Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Agreement. Passengers booking online shall be required to complete the ‘Passenger Agreement’ at the time of booking. Passengers booking via telephone shall be provided with a verbal review of the ‘Passenger Agreement’ which will be delivered via email shortly after the time of booking. Clients who are unable to receive and complete their ‘Passenger Agreement’ via email may request for the same to be provided via fax or mail. Travel documents shall not be released without a completed Passenger Agreement. WETO reserves the right to cancel bookings and return deposits without a completed ‘Passenger Agreement’.
